PATRIARCHS features the founding fathers of the Rastafarian movement.
Headed by the King of Kings, H.I.M. Haile Selassie I, Emperor of Ethiopia postured victoriously in royal apparels upon his white horse as the bastion of Ethiopia's independence and pride.
Ushered in by Marcus Mosiah Garvey who prophetically declared, "Look to the east for the coming of a black king." Garvey pioneered the Black Nationalist movement for people of color, globally professing self-awareness, self-empowerment, and self-reliance through the U.N.I.A.
Leonard P. Howell "Gong Guru" depicted in the upper right corner, was inspired by the coronation of H.I.M. and brought the spiritual, theological and philosophical ideologies through Biblical revelations to Jamaica. Founder of Pinnacle, representing the first House of Rastafari, developing the way of life for Rastafarians worldwwide.
On the upper left corner, is the Holy Emmanuel I, the first High Priest within the mansions of Rastafari Movement, establishing order, discipline, devotion and sustainable settlement.
This artistic piece of great men represents the Patriarchs that gave rise to the Rastafarian movement and to the globally beloved reggae culture and music.
